What we do

ozLoan is published by the Arrivau team. Arrivau is an Australian finance business that writes mostly home loans and also does personal, commercial and construction lending. The site itself is not a broker or lender; if you choose to leave your contact details, they are passed to Arrivau’s licensed brokers to follow up, and Arrivau does not charge clients a consultation fee.

ozLoan is a research and information site focused on Australian consumer and commercial lending. Our coverage includes owner-occupier home loans, investment property loans, first-home-buyer schemes, refinancing, self-employed lending, temporary-resident and non-PR lending, and small-business / commercial-property finance.

ozLoan does not originate loans directly. All practical broking work is handled by Arrivau’s licensed brokers. Our role is to translate the Australian lending system — often fragmented across 40+ lenders, multiple state schemes and several federal programs — into something a reader can actually act on.
